The East/West Approach

Using a format inspired by Zen-style contemplation on a key question such as; “who am I?” combined with a paired communication structure drawn from relational psychology called a Dyad technique, participants silently inquire into the actual nature of self and then communicate the result of their investigation to a listening partner.

The method is 50 to 100 times faster than traditional meditation techniques at producing what Abraham Maslow calls “Unitive consciousness” or “Self-transcendence” and has been often been called: enlightenment, illumination, self-realization, cosmic consciousness or satori in other eastern traditions.  Why spend 5 years awakening when it can happen in 5 days?
