“The Clearing process was truly amazing. I had been struggling with a self-defeating issue that had debilitated me in my relationships with others, for over 10 years. In only two sessions with Russell it was gone…it’s really gone. In fact, I look in my mind and I can’t find it anymore. It’s left me. I wish I would have known about this process years ago!” —H. Hassem, Mississauga, Ontario |

“Thanks to the simplicity of Russell's techniques and the warm, supportive environment he created, I discovered a new sense of openness and connection to myself." —Tanya R. Writer, Toronto, Ontario |

“I cannot express enough how incredible the retreat was last weekend. I have never felt so close to myself because of the experience. You and the staff showed such great love, compassion and humor throughout the process. The experience is so real and gets to the core of who you are.” Andrew |

“I have taken half dozen True Awakening retreats, which, for me, could well be described as years of therapy. Once you have a "direct experience" of who you are (or of anything else), you never forget it - it stays with you like a reassuring comfort blanket that lets you walk in the world with trust." —Frances Raymond, |

Obama's Escape From Never-Never Land |
|
By now I am sure most of you have heard Obama's inauguration speech. It was a truly inspiring speech particularly for African-Americans. For them, not only Obama's words but his actions were an example of hope. If you examine any belief that holds you back in life you will discover there are two words that glue a belief in place and keep us stuck: "never" and "always". For example behind the beliefs "I can't get what I want" or "Life is too hard" are those two unspoken words i.e. "I can never get what I want" or "Life is always too hard". It is the belief in the eternity of those thoughts that imprison us. We do not allow ourselves to experience anything other than what we believe. Stuck in the belief, all we see in life is evidence to support that belief. With that evidence we become judge and jury, sentencing ourselves to a life of limitation and suffering...and we become right about it. How do we get unstuck? Here's the way out. 1. Let yourself be wrong about being right. In other words, find exceptions in your life to the negative attitude...examples that dispute the so-called reality of what you believe. Find as many Obama's as you can that are exceptions to "always" and "never". 2. Replace "never" and "always" with "sometimes". Sometimes life is hard and sometimes its easy. Sometimes sitting in front of TV having a beer, watching Corner Gas is easy, right? It's not always hard. When you take the "sometimes" perspective, you get unstuck and you will begin to let more ease into your life. 3. Find out the truth. Who are you really? Are you really limited in essence? Are you inherently unable to create the life you want? Find out the one that is the True Source of your mind, the one that creates your beliefs. YOU! When you discover YOU, you won't have to believe anything about yourself anymore. You will just know. And that truth will bring greater freedom to your life. Base your life on the real truth, not what the mind believes. There is no better time to do this. Take the next True Awakening and work on the question "Who am I? Find out the Truth for yourself. Forget about belief. I won't tell you. You find it. Get yourself unstuck. Get yourself back. Find out more >>>Click Here<<< |
