Have you ever been in that place in life where you are confused about what is really occurring inside yourself or an external situation? You know you have a choice to make, one-way or the other but you are stuck somewhere in the middle? One day you feel really clear that you should take a certain approach and then the next day you second-guess yourself and you go back into confusion. Sometimes this flip-flopping can go on for days; weeks or even months and you can feel like a fish out of water. It can get intolerable. What do you do? How do you get clear? Here's a technique that I often use called Contemplating Opposites:
What you will find happening, quite remarkably is that as you get clear on what you are unclear about, you will sort out your confusion. You will come to understand what the barrier is that you are facing and out of this will appear a solution. This is called "co-related emergence" meaning that the solution to one's confusion is within the confusion and emerges out of the issue itself. Going into the confusion rather than avoiding it clears it up.
You can book a room and meals at the Ecology Retreat Centre and between sessions hike in the forest or walk the 76' stone labrynith and just do some journaling and let new insights come. (View the Ecology Retreat Centre: click on: >>>ERC<<<)
