“It’s like I did 5 years of meditation in one weekend!”

Beth Clark, Yoga and Meditation Teacher,
Kingston, Ontario

“I’d tried other methods of therapy before with limited results, I was almost ready to give up on myself but with the Clearing process I was astonished at how quickly it brought me to the real source of my problems. The past incident process totally dissolved the anger and sadness that had been haunting me for years and I was able to let go of a terrible negative belief that kept me hostage in my old pattern. I feel like a new person who has her life back! Thank you so much Russell”

A Simple Technique that Changed my Life

A good friend of mine, Jan MacDonald often asks this question in her Dynamind Seminar:

What's the one thing that makes all the difference
to everything else in your life?

I love this question.
It puts everything into perspective.

I don't know about you but for me its... knowing the Truth.

When you know the truth about anything you have some certainty in life.
When you know the truth about who you are, what your purpose is and what you really want you have a firm foundation on which you can build the rest of your life.

But when you are uncertain about something how can you get clear?
Here's one technique that changed my life.

I call it SoulSpeak

1.On the top of a blank page write this sentence:
"What is really true about me is......"
2. Complete the sentence, writing for 5 minutes non-stop without lifting your pen from the a page. Ignore spelling, punctuation, word and line spacing.
3. Don't think. Just let everything flow out of your mind and onto the page.
4. If you get stuck write "I'm stuck". If you go blank write "I'm blank" as many times as it takes to get the flow going again.
5. At the end of five minutes, read over what you have written and underline anything that strikes you as significant.
6 At the bottom of the page, write down the lines that seemed most important.

If you do this for two weeks everyday it will help you get real clear about your life. I guarantee you'll be amazed!

Many years ago, I did this technique for a week when my wife wanted to move from Thunder Bay to Southern Ontario and I didn't want to leave. I realized that home was where my heart was and my heart was with my wife. I moved.

Try this out and if you get good results send me a report.

Living from what you know to be true is the secret to living a deeper more satisfying life. One of the most important truths to know is who you really are.

I'm not talking about your job, your body, your likes/dislikes, your personal history or your temperament. I'm talking about the one you were born as before you got socialized to be someone else.

Discovering the magnificence of your True Nature is life changing!

Seriously I'd say that a lot of athletes and sportsmen and women take ed hardy woman . If a drug

that effective and being available for so long ed hardy mens has had no reliable way to test for it until the last few years then many

athletes are going to have used it.
